What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, message body, and (optionally) company name and phone number you provide. Each submission is timestamped and includes the IP address and user-agent of the request for abuse prevention. When Google Analytics is enabled, we collect anonymized aggregate page metrics (referrer, page path, device type) — no personally-identifying advertising identifiers.
How we store it
Contact submissions are written to our secure server filesystem and retained for up to 24 months for client-reference purposes. Submissions are not sold or shared with advertising networks.
Third parties
We use Google Analytics 4 (when enabled) for aggregate traffic metrics with anonymized IPs. Transactional email providers may handle replies we send. We do not run third-party advertising networks on this site.
Cookies
The site itself sets only essential cookies (e.g., admin auth when accessing the admin dashboard). When Google Analytics is enabled, it sets standard analytics cookies (_ga, _gid).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@vertexstack.io. We respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Inquiries: 24 months. Aggregate analytics: indefinite, not linked to identity.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
